Options to collaborate and Process/Rules
- Selective films will be screened on the platform of GIFNA through a secured special platform under official broadcast of Film Festival.
- For Selected Films & Specially recognized films, revenue sharing and/or pay-per-view options will be discussed. The same is not for all Films.
- GIFFNA is inviting digital & theatre rights for one to three years.
- Film-makers to provide press kits, posters, trailers & other publicity materials with rights to display on GIFFNA’s platform.
- All commercial / private IPs must come along with authorized written permission for screening of long term partnership.
- Festival would be in August tentatively.
Our Rules and guidelines for 2021
1) Films must be connected to Gujarat.
2) Films must be 2019 and newer.
3) In competition section, English subtitles are required.
4) GIFFNA will hold digital screening rights of Films in competition category for 1 year.
5) Decision of the selection committee will be final and cannot be challenged.
6) For winning films, revenue sharing and pay-per-view options can be discussed.
7) Film must be available to screen by June 4,2021.
8) Filmmakers must provide additional press kits, press screeners, posters for the film.
9) If selected for screening, all commercial/private property including trademark and/or copyrighted materials shown and recorded in the project must come with authorized written permission for screening. The Filmmaker remains entirely liable for any claims that may occur as a result of screening the film.
